Ms. Jane Zhang graduated from Zhejiang University in 1983 with B.S. in Structural/Civil Engineering and received M.S. from the University of Nevada, Reno in Structural/Civil Engineering in 1993. She studied and worked in Reno for 10 years before joining in Caltrans in 1999. Ms. Jane Zhang is a mother of two and always has her husband's full support in pursuing her personal and career goals.
